Agent Danielle Salmon commended for her ‘friendly, courteous and professional’ attitude

While most people get the bus or walk to work, Thomson agent Danielle Salmon has an altogether more glamorous mode of transport.

Danielle was the joint highest scoring agent in Mystery Shopper for February, winning the use of a Porsche Boxster S worth £46,000 for a month, donated by Elite Island Resorts.

Danielle, 22, who is assistant manager at the Melton Mowbray branch, Leicestershire hasn’t passed her test, so manager Tracey Chadwick will enjoy the prize – on the condition she gives Danielle a lift to work.

“I’m definitely going to learn to drive now, but it’s really nice someone else got the prize and I get a lift into work.”

Danielle says an immediate rapport with Mystery Shopper went a long way to achieving the month’s joint highest score, together with an agent from Thomas Cook in Paisley, Rewfrenshire. Unfortunately, the Thomas Cook agent could not take up the prize.

“I got on so well with Mystery Shopper and I had no idea what she was doing. I read Travel Weekly every week and have panicked about the day I’m mystery shopped, but it has been fantastic.”

Mystery Shopper asked Danielle for advice on a bargain family holiday to Spain. Danielle scored full marks for customer service and almost full marks for advice and product knowledge.

Mystery Shopper wrote: “She was able to use her knowledge to provide me with a great holiday package that met my expectations and budget. Her attitude was very friendly, courteous and
professional at all times.”
